The venues that Mary uses to run classes, courses and retreats have been specially selected to provide just the right environment to allow students to relax, let go of the hustle and bustle of daily life, and begin to get back in touch with themselves.
Although each venue is different, each has a mystical atmosphere of peace and seclusion.
Monday: 7.30pm – 9.00pm (drop-in, mixed ability)
Tuesday: 9.30am – 11.00am (drop-in, mixed ability)
Wednesday: 7.30pm – 9.30pm (drop-in, intermediate/advanced)
Thursday: 6.00pm – 7.20p1m (drop-in, beginners)
7.30pm – 9.30pm 1(drop-in, advanced & intermediate)
Friday: 9.30am – 11.00am (drop-in, mixed ability)
